Open Services, choose a category, select a service, add details and location, then generate a request. Providers nearby can send offers for you to accept.

How do I track my request?
Go to Requests to see in-progress and completed jobs. Open any request for status, offers, OTP, and provider details.
What are leads and membership?
Leads let you create service requests. Membership plans may include free leads for a period. You can also buy leads from Wallet when needed.
How do payments work?
Membership and lead purchases are processed securely via Razorpay. Keep your registered phone and email updated for payment receipts and support.
Can I cancel a request?
Yes, if the request is still eligible for cancellation in the app. Once a provider has been accepted and work has progressed, cancellation rules in our Cancellation Policy apply.
How does Refer & Earn work?
Share your referral code from Invite / Wallet. When friends join using your code, eligible referral rewards may be credited as per current campaign rules.
How do I contact support?
Use Help & Support in the app, or visit Contact Us. We usually respond within 24 hours on working days.
How do I delete my account?
You can request deletion from Settings, or email info@areansworld.com with subject “Account Deletion Request”, your full name, and registered phone number.
