Cancellation Policy

Overview

This Cancellation Policy explains how customers may cancel service requests and paid purchases on Areans. Related refund outcomes are covered in our Refund Policy.

Cancelling a service request

• You may cancel a request from Requests while it is still eligible (for example before accepting a provider offer, depending on status).
• After a provider offer is accepted, cancellation may be limited to protect both parties’ time.
• If work has started or OTP/arrival flow has progressed, cancellation may require support review.

Timing

Cancellation requests are best made as soon as possible after creating a request. Delays may reduce cancellation options if a provider has already been engaged.

Membership and lead purchases

• You may request cancellation of a digital purchase shortly after payment if benefits have not been used.
• Once leads are consumed or membership benefits are active/used, cancellation may not be available.
• Approved cancellations may result in refund as described in the Refund Policy.

Provider-side changes

If a provider cannot fulfill an accepted job, contact support with your request id. We will help with next steps, which may include closing the request or connecting you with another provider.

How to cancel

Use the cancel action on the request screen where available, or contact Help & Support / info@areansworld.com with your request id and reason.

Abuse and misuse

Repeated cancellations after engaging providers, false requests, or policy misuse may lead to account limits under our Terms & Conditions.
